Tom Chambers, Partner and Co-Founder
Mr. Chambers currently serves as the Chairman
of Chambers Interests. Prior to forming Chambers Interests
in 1997, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Chemical
Lime Company for 30 years. Mr. Chambers, who earned a B.A.
and J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, also currently
serves on the board of directors of several privately held
companies and charitable organizations.

Rankin Hobbs, Partner and Co-Founder
Mr. Hobbs has served as the Chief Investment
Officer of Chambers Interests since July 1999. He oversees
the public and private investment portfolio for the firm.
Prior to joining Chambers Interests, Mr. Hobbs served as a
Vice President in Merrill Lynch's Institutional National Sales
division. He was also an associate in Salomon Brothers' Private
Investment Department from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Hobbs has earned
a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University
of Texas, Austin. He serves on the board of directors of several
privately held companies, and on the Advisory Board for the
Center for Private Equity Finance at the University of Texas.

Pete Chambers
Mr. Chambers is a 1992 graduate of Texas Christian University and also attended the University of Texas MBA program. He began his career with Chemical Lime Company in plant operations, sales and business development functions in Europe, California and Texas. In 1997 Mr. Chambers purchased Diamond H Recognition, an employee recognition and rewards company in Fort Worth, and led the company as CEO to be named in 2007 as “One of the 60 Best Companies to Work for in Texas.” Mr. Chambers is a past president of the West Texas Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization and continues to be an active member. He is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Incentive Marketing Association and Leadership Network. |
